This is your chance to be recognized for your exceptional achievements in cloud and next-gen technology.
Cloud Girls is now accepting nominations for the 11th annual Cloud Girls Rising: Women to Watch Awards, which recognize outstanding women in tech who have demonstrated innovation, solution-orientation and thought leadership in cloud and next-gen technology in 2025.
We’re celebrating women in tech and shining a light on their accomplishments to inspire more women to step forward and follow their example.
Awards Categories
Awards are designed to recognize and celebrate women at all stages of their career and are given in three categories:*
Rising Star
A female up-and-comer in the cloud and next generation technology community who has shown initiative in advancing cloud and next-generation technology solutions for her organization, customers, and the industry.
Trailblazer
A seasoned female technology veteran who is paving the way for her organization, customers, and industry in advancing cloud and next-generation technology solutions. They are recognized as role models and mentors to colleagues and others at work and in their community.
Visionary
A female leader who has demonstrated innovation in recognizing where the cloud and next-gen tech market is headed and is leading the ecosystem toward that vision. A Visionary is a groundbreaker, willing to take risks with strategic insight into what is possible.

What You Need to Know
Winners receive:
- One year of complimentary Cloud Girls membership
- A commemorative crystal trophy
- A profile of their achievement on the Cloud Girls’ website
Eligibility
The Cloud Girls Rising Awards are open to women working across the spectrum of products, tools, and technologies that make up the cloud and next-gen technology ecosystem. Eligible nominees are employed in sales, marketing, or engineering roles. The ideal nominee plays an integral role in creating or supporting products, tools or solutions around cloud and next-gen technology services.
Key Selection Criteria:
Candidates will be judged based on these key areas:
- Demonstrating success and innovation in cloud and next-gen technology
- Inspiring and paying it forward for the next generation of women in the technology ecosystem
Important Dates:
- All applications must be submitted by February 20, 2026.
- Winners will be announced in April 2026.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is moving the cloud and next-gen technology conversations forward. She goes above and beyond every day to make a significant and lasting impact on her company, her clients and her professional community.
If you or your nominee is in a sales, marketing or engineering role delivering cloud and next-gen technology services, we’d like to hear from you.
The ideal candidate:
- Contributes significantly to transform the cloud and next-gen technology conversation at her organization, either in a sales, marketing or engineering capacity
- Serves as a catalyst to help advance others in cloud knowledge both internally and externally
- Is recognized as a role model and mentor to colleagues and others at work
- Is adept at listening and connects well with others
- Shows authentic leadership with a commitment to her values
