Megan has been working in the cloud technology space for three years now, focusing on cybersecurity and infrastructure as a service delivered in the cloud. Early on, she became passionate about technology and knew shewanted to pursue a career where she could engage with innovation at the cutting edge. After building her expertise in cloud security, she transitioned into the channel ecosystem about 8 months ago, where she now has the opportunity to make a significant impact on cloud infrastructure and support others in the industry.
In her current role, she focuses on developing a broader understanding of cloud technology for her partners. One of her key initiatives has been empowering them to confidently sell cloud solutions by supporting go-to-market efforts such as email campaigns, hosting customer-facing events, and providing key insights that help our partners succeed in the market. These efforts are all designed to ensure that her partners are well-prepared and equipped to take advantage of the vast opportunities the cloud offers.
In just her short 8 months in the channel, she has been recognized with the Channel Marketing Association’s Rising Star Award, a testament to the impact she’s already been able to make. How have you created or supported a corporate vision for cloud and next-gen technologies in their organization?
When I first entered the cloud industry, I came in with an understanding of the channel, but I quickly realized that to truly make an impact, I needed to build a network and help others embrace the potential of cloud technologies. In my short time at Enzu, I’ve been able to support and drive the corporate vision for cloud by educating our partners on cloud solutions and helping them better understand the possibilities this technology brings.
✅ One of my main focuses has been to expand our partner network and empower them to embrace cloud technologies confidently. I built solid relationships with over 200 partners through a variety of efforts, including cold calling, partner outreach, hosting events, and joining groups to create ongoing conversations about cloud. Alongside these efforts, I helped create and implement marketing initiatives, such as email campaigns, LinkedIn posts, and co-branded materials, all designed to generate awareness and drive engagement in the cloud space. Additionally, I’ve created microsites for both Enzu and our partners, further enhancing our online presence and educating the market on the value we bring.
🚀 RESULT: Through these efforts, I’ve helped our partners understand the cloud, and together, we’ve been able to implement a clear corporate vision that revolves around empowering our partners to leverage cloud technology in a way that supports their growth and success.
Are there any outstanding achievements or compelling examples of your exemplary leadership that highlight your ability to inspire team members around cloud and next-gen technologies?
✅ In my time at Enzu, I’ve been able to show leadership by not only educating our partners about the cloud but also leading by example in how to build meaningful relationships and nurture those connections. When I took on my role, I was responsible for supporting both the East and West regions. In just six months, I successfully recruited over 150 partners, most of whom had little to no understanding of cloud technologies. This required me to be a strong advocate for cloud solutions and to break down complex concepts into easily digestible information.
✅ I’ve led with a hands-on approach, making sure to engage with each partner, offer tailored marketing strategies, and guide them through every step of the process. By hosting events, sharing valuable resources, and offering personalized support, I’ve been able to inspire confidence in our partners and show them the long-term value of adopting cloud technologies.
🚀 IMPACT: My leadership has also been recognized beyond just our partners. In a short amount of time, I was awarded with the Channel Marketing Association’s Rising Star Award, which speaks to the impact of my leadership in driving cloud adoption and awareness within the channel. I’ve continuously supported our partners’ growth by providing them with the resources and knowledge they need to thrive in the cloud space, and by leading with a commitment to education and success, I’ve helped create a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.

This quote reminds me to push beyond my fears and doubts. In technology, especially in the cloud space, it’s so easy to get caught up in what we don’t know yet. But it’s the willingness to keep learning and believing in the possibilities that drives growth and innovation.
Who do you admire most and why?
The person I admire most is my dad. He’s worked in this industry for years and has built an incredible career through sheer hard work, dedication, and a commitment to always staying true to himself. His resilience and ability to stay focused on his goals, no matter the obstacles, have been a constant source of inspiration for me. He’s shown me that success doesn’t come easily, but with passion and perseverance, anything is possible.
