ALISO VIEJO, Calif. (January 10, 2025) — Cloud Girls, a not-for-profit female Next-Gen Tech Think Tank, announced today that nominations are open for the tenth annual Cloud Girls Rising: Women to Watch Awards. These awards recognize women at all stages of their careers who are driving initiatives to educate, inspire and elevate women and girls in technology. The Cloud Girls Rising Awards will be given to women who have demonstrated innovation, thought leadership and proactive solution development in the cloud and next-gen technology space in 2024, as well as to inspire more women to step forward and follow their example.  

Awards will be given in three categories: 

• Rising Star: A female up-and-comer in the cloud and next generation technology community who has shown initiative in advancing cloud and next-generation technology solutions for her organization, customers and the industry. 
• Trailblazer: A seasoned female technology veteran who is paving the way for her organization, customers and industry in advancing cloud and next-generation technology solutions. They are recognized as role models and mentors to colleagues and others at work and in their community.  
• Visionary: A female leader who has demonstrated innovation in recognizing where the cloud and next-gen tech market is headed and is leading the ecosystem toward that vision. A Visionary is a groundbreaker, willing to take risks with strategic insight into what is possible.

This milestone serves as an opportunity to inspire more women to step up and claim their seat at the table.” 

The Cloud Girls Rising Awards are open to women working across the spectrum of products, tools, and technologies that make up the cloud and next-gen technology ecosystem. Self-nominations in addition to nominating others are highly encouraged.   

Eligible nominees are employed in sales, marketing or engineering roles in the cloud and next-gen technology ecosystem. Visit 2025 Cloud Girls Rising Award to apply. All applications must be submitted by February 21, 2025. Applications will be evaluated by the Cloud Girls Board of Directors and Advisory Council. 

Winners will receive a complimentary one-year membership to Cloud Girls as well as extensive promotion via Cloud Girls’ media and social channels. Winners will be announced at the Channel Partners Conference and Expo in Las Vegas on March 24-27, 2025.
