How have you led by example? What have you done to inspire team members around cloud services?

In multiple instances at DXC and Unisys, Anu has stepped up to build cloud practices from scratch instead of taking the easy route of leading more traditional practices. In each case, Anu was successful in building out practices with > 100 million in revenue.
Anu achieved multi/cloud certifications personally including professional level certifications to lead by example.
Anu continues to inspire several folks across the organization with her excellent agile transformation skills. She brought the agile way working across the practice encompassing all build/sell/deliver initiatives. 30-180 day plans to drive quick outcomes is her modus operandi. There are so many innovative and collaborative practice that she put in play to achieve the goals.
Anu has the natural ability to build a leadership coalition, paint an end state vision for cloud transformation, and then drive results in an agile fashion. Her ability to collaborate across the company to achieve results is commended by all.

How have you mentored other women in the channel – above, below and at your level?

Anu has also partnered with social influencers like Dr.Sally Eaves to tackle issues like diversity in cloud and encourage more women to pick up niche areas like cloud security and cloud Al to build out their careers. As a member of the Forbes Tech council, Anu has interacted with peer women leaders in technology and helped greatly with evangelizing cloud operating models with her thought leadership articles. For staffing many cloud leadership roles, I have seen Anu personally lean in on her social network (it does help that she has a vast network as a top 100 influencer for hybrid cloud as ranked by Onalytica ) to reach out to qualified women leaders and help recruit them. She has also tried to catch them young, by founding a non-profit with her daughter to get more girls interested in STEM and robotics.

Congrats, Anu!!
