Calling all female cloud and next-gen tech evangelists!

This is your chance to earn some recognition for your outstanding work in cloud and next-gen technology.

Cloud Girls is opening nominations for the eighth annual Cloud Girls Rising: Women to Watch Awards.

We’re honoring and recognizing women who have demonstrated innovation, solution-orientation and thought leadership in cloud and next-gen technology in 2022.

Awards are designed to recognize and celebrate women at all stages of their career.

The ideal candidate is moving the cloud and next-gen technology conversations forward. She goes above and beyond every day to make a significant and lasting impact on her company, her clients and her professional community.

If you or your nominee are in a sales, marketing or engineering role delivering cloud and next-gen technology services, we’d like to hear from you.

All applications must be submitted by March 3, 2023. 

Winners will be announced in May 2023.

Winners receive:

• One year of complimentary Cloud Girls membership

• A profile of their achievement on the Cloud Girls’ website

Awards Given:

• Visionary: A female leader who has demonstrated innovation in recognizing where the cloud and next-gen tech market is headed and is leading the ecosystem toward that vision.
• Trailblazer: A seasoned female technology industry veteran who is paving the way for her organization, customers and industry in advancing cloud and next-generation technology solutions.
• Rising Star: A female up-and-comer in the cloud community who has shown initiative in advancing cloud and next-generation technology solutions for her organization, customers and the industry.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the award, the individual must be working in a sales, marketing or an engineering role. The ideal nominee plays an integral role in creating or supporting products, tools or solutions around cloud and next-gen technology services.

The ideal candidate:

• Contributes significantly to transform the cloud and next-gen technology conversation at her organization, either in a sales, marketing or engineering capacity
• Serves as a catalyst to help advance others in cloud knowledge both internally and externally
• Is recognized as a role model and mentor to colleagues and others at work
• Is adept at listening and connects well with others
• Shows authentic leadership with a commitment to her values

Key Selection Criteria:

Candidates will be judged based on three areas:

1. Demonstrating success and innovation in cloud and next-gen technology
2. Evangelizing cloud and next-gen technology in your organization
3. Inspiring the next generation of women in the technology ecosystem
